Terms of Use
Plain terms for a personal portfolio site. By using szczleon.com you agree to what's below.
1. About this site
szczleon.com is the personal, professional portfolio of Leon Szczaurski (Happy Client LLC), Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. It is provided for informational purposes — to show my work and let you get in touch. It is not an offer, contract, or guarantee of any service.
2. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — text, photographs, video, design, and code — is © Leon Szczaurski / Happy Client LLC and is protected by copyright. Client work is shown with permission and remains the property of the respective owners and brands. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse the content or media without my written permission.
3. Portfolio claims & confidentiality
Figures, case studies, and results shown reflect real engagements I worked on. Some involved teams, and some are covered by non-disclosure agreements — those are described in general shape only, without naming the parties involved and without claiming sole credit where the work was collaborative.
4. External links
This site links to other properties I run (such as happyclient.agency and files.szczleon.com) and to third-party sites. I'm not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of external sites you reach from here.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at all times, and I may change or remove content without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
7. Accessibility
I aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and to keep the site usable with a keyboard and screen reader. If you hit an accessibility barrier, email [email protected] and I'll fix it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
